How does billing work?

Your card is charged once per month on the same date you signed up. You'll receive an emailed receipt after every charge. Cancel anytime before your next billing date.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause for up to 60 days or cancel anytime through your customer portal or by calling us at (337) 561-8136. No cancellation fees.

What if I need to reschedule a visit?

Just give us a call or send a text. We ask for at least 24 hours notice. We'll work with your schedule and make sure you don't miss a visit that month.

Is my property size right for a plan?

Our plans are guidelines. If your property is larger or has unique features, call us and we'll customize pricing for you. We serve all of Acadiana.

Do you service my area?

What if I want extras beyond my plan?

Add-on services (hardscaping, irrigation, outdoor lighting) can be quoted and billed separately. Your subscription covers the recurring maintenance — one-time projects are always available on request.
